Acceptable Use Policy

NeoNest is a small, kind community. To keep it that way:

Be kind. Treat other users with respect in chats, voice calls, video calls, and any community feature. No harassment, slurs, or targeted abuse.
No medical misinformation. Don't share health advice you know to be false or unsupported — it can endanger animals.
No illegal content. No content that infringes copyright, depicts illegal activity, or violates animal-welfare law.
No exploitation. Especially when interacting with younger users in community spaces.
No spam, phishing, scams, or impersonation.
Don't try to break the app. No reverse-engineering, no scraping our APIs, no probing for vulnerabilities (unless you're reporting them responsibly — see below).
Respect ownership. Only upload photos and content you have the right to share.

Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious violations (especially child-safety or animal-cruelty) will be reported to law enforcement.

To report a violation: safety@neonest.app or use the in-app report flow on the chat or content in question.

Responsible vulnerability disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in NeoNest, please email security@neonest.app with details. Don't publicly disclose until we've had a chance to fix it. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will credit responsible disclosures (with your permission) once the issue is resolved.

NeoNest Pro: £7.99 / month, with a 7-day free trial
What's free forever: EWS, NeoRescue, A&E mode, Nest, DamGuard, LifeShield, Colostrum Lock, WhelperPath day counter
What Pro unlocks: NeoNanny voice assistant, Night Mode, Messenger, advanced WhelperPath, Memorials, games (returning v1.1)
Auto-renews: Yes, until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
Cancel: Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription settings
Refunds: Handled by Google Play / Apple App Store under their policies. UK + EU statutory rights preserved.
